MEET OUR THERAPISTS:
Crystal Still - Has lived primarily in Wyoming but also has enjoyed living in Colorado and the PNW of Washington. Her interest in massage therapy began in her early adult life when she personally used massage therapy as a routine for self-care and physical preventative maintenance. In 2022, she made the decision to pursue that passion and graduated from Massage College in Casper, WY. Being able to offer overall benefits of wellness, pain relief/management, and relaxation has been a life enriching experience for her. She specializes in most of the massage techniques offered here at Spruce and has also continued her education in Lomi Lomi which is a traditional Hawaiian massage art, offering healing on a physical and spiritual level.

Spruce Deep Tissue - In our Deep Tissue therapeutic massage, we target the deep muscles and fascia. It uses slower, more forceful strokes to help release areas of chronic contraction, which in turn will help the muscle relax and lengthen. Some of the main benefits of this therapeutic massage are to help relieve pain, improve posture, and heal after an injury.

Spruce Shiatsu - A form of therapy of Japanese origin based on the same principles as acupressure, in which pressure is applied to certain meridian points on the body as well as traditional stretches and compressions. This massage reduces tension and fatigue by improving blood and lymphatic circulation. This is one for the books.

Spruce Lomi Lomi - This traditional Hawaiian massage technique uses rhythmic flowing strokes to relax the physical body and restore balance. The therapist will use their forearm and/or hands in a continuous, circular motion. Those long, flowing strokes, deep tissue manipulation, and gentle joint rotation will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed. Some Hawaiians (and we) believe that Lomi Lomi massage can also have positive effects on spiritual healing. (There is minimal draping in this massage due to the long flow that is required)
